ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) on Monday issued four commercial FM radio licenses to Sardar Media (Pvt) Limited.
The licenses were conferred during a ceremony in Islamabad headquarters to establish FM networks in Chiniot, Hafizabad, Kharian and Wazirabad.
The FM radios will be operational by a year, a PEMRA press release said.
Director Sardar Media Fazal Ullah received the licenses on behalf of the company. Other dignitaries present during the ceremony included DG licensing Wakeel Khan and DGM(s) licensing Muhammad Iqbal and Junaid Ali Khan.
