Lahore: Special Judicial Magistrate issued non-bailable warrant of an accused Shabbir Ahmad in a case filed U/s 377 PPC. Complainant Abdul Quddos has alleged that act of sodomy was committed with his nephew Ali Ahmed. The accused was associated with a web Queek Pk and LGBT an NGO. He did not appear before the court on various hearings. Sardar Ahmad advocate appeared before the court today on behalf of the complainant.
